Make sure you register any extra guest on top of your booking allowance to the villa manager this for your own security. - THIRD PARTY RENTAL. Guests will take full liability and responsibility for any rental they book with a third party (including but not limited to, Scooter, extra equipment…). - LIABILITY. The villa and the villa management will not be hold be responsible for any activity undertaken at/or within the villa, and any such activity shall be at the guests own risk and they will not hold the management liable for any possible outcome (whether arising directly or indirectly out of our actions or omissions, including any loss, damage or liability). - SWIMMING POOL.The use of the swimming pool is at the complete responsibility of the guest. The villa’s owner, staff and housekeeper can’t be held responsible for any incident occurring in and around the pool. Children must be under surveillance. If needed, we can always install a pool fence at extra charges.
